Clarity Claims Etcetera, Inc.
Clarity Claims Etcetera, Inc. was founded by Susan M. Rogan in 1997 to provide personal bill paying and medical claims assistance services to individual, family, trust and estate clients.

In 2004, after many successful years in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC metropolitan area, Clarity Claims Etcetera, Inc. moved to Rhode Island. We still work with our clients in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC as well as clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We work with clients from California to New York through e-mail, fax, mail, overnight delivery, and the internet, as well as home visits for local clients in Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts.

Susan M. Rogan, President
Education and experience include a degree from George Mason University in Human Resources Management, five years as a Business Manager for a small non-profit association, and twenty-five years solving medical claims problems.

Ms. Rogan is a member and Past-President of the American Association of Daily Money Managers, and a member of the Alliance of Claims Assistance Professionals and the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Ms. Rogan was interviewed on Providence Channel 12 News, explaining how Daily Money Management can help families keep their paperwork in order. She spent over twenty-five years solving health insurance claims problems. She testified in Senate and House Committee hearings for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which was signed into law in August 1996, and appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox, as well as PBS and National Public Radio, in support of health insurance reform. Ms. Rogan has been featured in articles in The New York Times, Washington Post, Kiplinger Magazine and other publications.
