We make an unclear process clear.

Clarity Claims is a UK claims management company, established in 2020 and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We help consumers recover money from financial mis-selling, starting with pensions.

Why we exist

Between 2007 and 2021, thousands of people were advised to move their pensions into schemes that made money for advisers and introducers, and lost it for everyone else. Most of those people still don’t know they have a claim.

The process for getting that money back is technical, slow and intimidating by design. Our job is to make it feel simple and honest: we check for free, explain plainly, charge a capped fee only when we win, and always tell you about the free routes, the Financial Ombudsman and the FSCS, before you sign anything.

The name is the promise. If we can’t make something clear, whether a fee, a timeline or a chance of success, we don’t say it.

How we work

Precise

We deal in facts, figures and outcomes. No hype and no vague promises. If your claim isn't worth pursuing, we'll tell you that too.

Straight

Plain English, honest about timelines, fees and chances of success. You'll always know exactly where your claim stands and what our fee will be.

On your side

Confident against big institutions, warm with the people we act for. Firms have compliance departments; you have us.

Regulated, on the record

Claims management is a regulated activity, and rightly so. We’re authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, and bound by the FCA’s fee caps and conduct rules. You can verify us on the FCA register.
